The Enclosure

Sorry to bombard you with blogs. We've been busy. The big gray thing in the photos is what we've been waiting for. The Ship's Tailor has done a fantastic job. Not only did they fit us in last minute, they also said it would take 10 days or more to finish. Today was the tenth day. We are still waiting for the sail cover, with will be done later tonight or first thing tomorrow morning. Once we get it , WE ARE LEAVING Deltaville. And we can finally get closer to home. We are about 6 days from New York and another week from the lake. Those are weather permitting approximations.

Looking forward to seeing all of you, we miss you lots

Roxanne and Josh

PS thank you Costa and Ainsley, you've really made us feel part of the community. We'll see you again in the fall.

Grandma Val, I'm truly impressed that you figured out the comment thing. Most of my friends haven't. I'm glad you're enjoying it.

Hello Roxanne and Josh,
At last, your ancient Grandma has finally figured out how to get a Google account which enables me to send you a comment.
I'm really sorry that it wasn't in time to wish you a Happy Birthday on the 27th, but I did think about you a whole bunch and your card is still here waiting for an address!
This is Michelle's third day after her foot surgery, and she is putting on a very good face in spite of the extreme pain. She gave a very funny description, yesterday of her first shower,as she is not allowed to put her feet to the floor or get them wet. so Mike put an extended lawnchair in the stall, left the door open to put her feet out and he stood in the corner to help her wash, shampoo and dry. Apparently they were engulfed with giggles about the whole procedure.
Your boat looks GORGEOUS and the enclosure is a huge asset. What an experience you both have had, I bet it has been even more than either of you expected in every respect.
Loads of love and come safely home, again, you are greatly missed by all of us.
Grandma.

Thank you for your best wishes, things are right on track. Yes the shower scene was very funny.

Can't wait to see you both and the boat.

Herewith my loving "grey hair"
Commentary!!

You have the makings of a wonderful book, Roxanne, I really enjoy your Blog.

Josh, you are giving your 100% to the adventure, CONGRATULATIONS.

RE: BUGS,FLIES,ETC..

I sent you an email stating that Listerine, ($1.89 at Target)emptied into a spray bottle, works like a charm on mosquitos, any fabric, plastic, metal, skin etc. and it might just be worth a try on your Monster Flies. Don't use on wood doors, etc.. they don't say why not, but it obviously doesn't do any good.

Normal life is going to seem so
Ho! Hum! upon your return, so live it up all the way, even if it means joining those 'grey hairs', at times.

Keep on Blogging, we love it.
